Once rebooted and back, your server will be updated as well as running the latest kernel and packages.
How much time does the update take?
This process in expert hands its pretty quickly actually, it should take a couple of minutes if everything goes well. Of course, it will also depend on how much time your server has been outdated, if it has been a while, it can take more time since it will have to update more packages, but usually it doesn't take too long.
