    Absolutely, we are here for you 24/7/365. You can contact our support team at any time day or night.
  • How can I contact Glator's SysAdmins?
    We are here for you 24/7, so feel free to contact us whenever you want. To do so the only thing that you'll have to do is submit a ticket, and we'll answer it within moments. Another way to contact us is sending us an email, but you have to know that it could take more time since tickets is our official way of giving support.
  • How long does it take to answer and resolve a ticket?
    The response is almost immediately since we are here 24/7. But the resolution time it always depends on the complexity of the ticket. Most of the tickets are resolved almost immediately but if the problem is more complex it could take more time. However we will always keep you updated during the process.


  • Do you support Windows servers?
    Unfortunately we only offer our managed services for Linux boxes, in particular all from the RedHat Linux family (RHEL, CentOS, CloudLinux, Fedora).
  • Do you offer hourly support services?
    No, we don't. Our services include monthly Linux Server Management, One Time Services and Monitoring & Reaction. If you purchase a Linux Server Management plan or a One Time Services, we will work as many hours as needed to complete your requests, working hours are already included in our plans.
  • How many servers can you manage if I purchase a Linux Server Management plan?
    Only one at time. Even if you have multiple virtual machines inside a single Dedicated Server, we will be able to manage one operating system at time (no matter if it's virtual or dedicated). So, if you have 2 servers to manage, you will need to purchase two Linux Server Management plans.
  • Do you have any discounts for Linux Server Management Plans?
    Sure, if you purchase more than 2 plans at time and keep using both on a monthly basis we will be able to give you discounts, just get in touch with us and we will talk about it.
  • Do you offer Anti-DDOS services?
    We can setup and harden your server security at software to mitigate small DDOS attacks, however, for mid to large DDOS attacks we always recommend Cloudflare's Anti-DDOS services, which are one of the best Anti-DDOS services you'll ever find.
  • What web hosting control panels do you support?
    We only support cPanel/WHM, no other control panels are supported for our Managed and One Time Linux services
